When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters, respond to a survey or quiz, register for a class or webinar, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We collect your email address, first and last name, in order to subscribe you to our newsletter and email communications. We do not actively collect any sensitive personal information from Visitors when they use the Websites including information about your health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or criminal history, unless they provide such information voluntarily, such as by registering or sending us an email or signing up for a newsletter. We will take steps to appropriately protect any sensitive information we do receive.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
If you are a registered user of any of our Websites and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new training or training updates you can access, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with us and in the arena of women’s empowerment and leadership.
We are committed to delivering only information and training we deem will be relevant and of benefit to you. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.
We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to our websites. We may display this information publicly but will not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described above.
As of 25 May 2018, the Websites do not use Ads. This clause is included in the event that someday, if we ever need to include ads as a revenue stream or because we believe their product may be of service to our Visitors, we won’t need to update this policy again and we will be covered.
When you place an Order, the information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the service we provide. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

As of 25 May 2018, we have not used any of this data to learn more about Website visitors, but this clause is included in the event that we ever get to the point where we would like to access this information.

If you have registered for the Site(s), you may access, review, and make changes to your Personal Information, Billing Information, and certain Other Information by following the instructions found on the Site(s). In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Margaret Rushing marketing email. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account or their Orders. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.
We maintain security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of our databases. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails at any time, by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any of our emails, by updating your communications preferences via our email service provider, or you can contact us by emailing email@example.com.
If you provide us with a testimonial, you give us your consent for the use of your name and the Service to be displayed on any of our Websites, or in our other marketing materials, together with the content of the testimonial that you provide. We will request your permission before publishing your testimonial. If we do not hear back from you, we will publish the testimonial without releasing your last name.
Comments and other content submitted to our sites are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

You have the right under the Data Protection Act to access the information which we hold about you, including confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, where and for what purpose. If you want the information mailed to you, In order to meet our costs in responding, we will charge you the shipping and processing costs after confirming the cost of shipping to your location.
RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
Also known as Data Erasure, the right to be forgotten entitles you to have the Company erase your personal data, cease further dissemination of the data, and potentially have third parties halt processing of the data. The conditions for erasure, as outlined in GDPR article 17, include the data no longer being relevant to original purposes for processing, or you withdrawing consent. This right requires the Company to compare your rights to "the public interest in the availability of the data" when considering such requests.
