Margaret-Rushing.com is a website for a blog, digital and physical products for sale, and coaching (the “Service”).

  • In our blogging products, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what’s visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.
  • In our email communications we give you explicit options to not receive individual messages you’re not interested in. We also give you the option to unsubscribe from email communications with us at any time from the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

When you sign up to receive any of our newsletters, respond to a survey or quiz, register for a class or webinar, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We collect your email address, first and last name, in order to subscribe you to our newsletter and email communications. If you are a registered user of any of our Websites and have supplied your email address, we may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new training or training updates you can access, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with us and in the arena of women’s empowerment and leadership.

We are committed to delivering only information and training we deem will be relevant and of benefit to you. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.

We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

AGGREGATED STATISTICS
We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to our websites. We may display this information publicly but will not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described above.

ADS
As of 25 May 2018, the Websites do not use Ads. This clause is included in the event that someday, if we ever need to include ads as a revenue stream or because we believe their product may be of service to our Visitors, we won’t need to update this policy again and we will be covered.

If any ads appear on any of our Websites, they may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by the Company and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

ORDER INFORMATION
When you place an Order, the information you provide is used to process transactions, send periodic emails, and improve the service we provide. We do share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business and servicing clients and visitors. These trusted third parties agree to keep this information confidential. Your personal information will never be shared with unrelated third parties.

RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
Also known as Data Erasure, the right to be forgotten entitles you to have the Company erase your personal data, cease further dissemination of the data, and potentially have third parties halt processing of the data.
